SYNOPSES

EPISODE 11

Esther meets Yixin at the restaurant and is shocked by her resemblance to Joeann. She is even more stunned to learn the latter is Jiansheng’s girlfriend. Jiansheng flares up at Xiaofen on her account. 

Already upset by the scolding from Jiansheng, Xiaofen breaks down when her parents admonish her for neglecting their shop. Bai Cai confronts Jiansheng, who apologises to her. 

Bai Cai is exhilarated when Xiaofen agrees to watch a movie with him. She tells him a romantic relationship between them is not viable. 

Yixin spends the night with Jiansheng. 

Xiaofen discovers that both Joeann and Yixin hold their pens in the same peculiar way. 

Jiansheng finds out that Yixin has lied to him. She makes up a story about receiving psychiatric treatment. 

Xiaofen runs away when her parents accuse her of theft. She stays at Jiansheng’s shop. 

Xiaofen goes after Yixin when the latter leaves a bag at the shop. At the fast-food restaurant, she sees Yixin enter the washroom and emerge as Joeann. 

食乐轩第一天开张，ESTHER前来捧场，毅芯见有客人来，忙上前招待，ESTHER见到毅芯，大为惊讶，还以为她是JoeAnn。经小芬介绍之下，毅芯才知道她就是健生的母亲，而ESTHER也恍然眼前跟JoeAnn长得一模一样的毅芯，是健生的女朋友。

健生看见母亲来到，马上就板着脸，径自走去厨房，并把怒气发在小芬身上，ESTHER刚好进来厨房听到，知道健生还是无法接受她这个母亲，大为伤心。小芬安慰ESTHER会想办法撮合他们两母子。

健生责怪小芬把开店的事告诉ESTHER，把小芬骂了一顿，小芬抱着满肚子委屈回宏庆，却被父亲责怪她丢着自己的餐厅不顾，跑去帮健生，令小芬倍感委屈，躲在一角偷偷的哭了。

白菜知道了，不问青红皂白去找健生算帐，健生知道自己愧对于小芬，让她那么伤心，主动向小芬道歉。白菜生日当天，小芬陪他去看场电影，白菜十分的开心，还以为自己有一线希望，怎知，小芬却对白菜摊牌，道出两人之间是不可能有进一步发展…白菜心碎，但还是强颜欢笑接受这个结局。

健生送毅芯回家，毅芯主动亲吻健生。两人共度良宵后，健生向毅芯许下承诺会努力赚钱和毅芯结婚。小芬发现毅芯握笔的姿势十分独特，后来，意外的见到JOE ANN的握笔姿势竟然也一样，心里更是质疑。小芬马上进去厨房告知健生，并叫健生打电话找毅芯，健生找不到毅芯，打去公司时，才知道毅芯今日告假，健生心感狐疑。

健生去找毅芯，毅芯慌称工作忙碌，健生识破毅芯的慌言…毅芯从容不迫的掩饰，道出当年父亲逝世后，对她造成莫大的打击，至今仍需要接受心理治疗，健生同情毅芯，不疑有他…

健伟与母亲因为JoeAnn的事件，关系日渐恶劣，动不动就吵架！健伟大感烦躁，找健生出来喝酒，发泄对母亲的不满…另一边，宏庆出现了内贼，父亲怀疑是小芬吃里爬外，偷厨房的用料，倒贴给食乐轩，训了小芬一顿，小芬被冤枉，一肚子火，赌气不回家，在食乐轩睡觉，健生担心小芬的安危来陪她，令小芬大表窝心…

翌日，毅芯送东西来食乐轩，漏了一袋的东西忘了拿，小芬忙追出去，小芬看着毅芯走进快餐店，怎知一出来，就摇身一变，变成了JoeAnn，小芬大感震惊！  (Source: Mediacorp Website)

EPISODE 12

Jiansheng does not believe Xiaofen, who then ropes Bai Cai in to help gather evidence that Joeann and Yixin is the same person. 

Yifan gets acquainted with an undergrad names Gina who works part-time at a pub. Furious when he visits Gina and gets drunk, Yixin rants at him about working hard to become a lawyer. He feels unduly pressured. 

Jianwei tells Jiansheng he will be taking Joeann to the restaurant. He is hoping they can have dinner with Yixin, and he wants to propose to Joeann. His suggestion is that Jiansheng marry Yixin on the same day. 

Xiaofen sees Joeann wearing the outfit Yixin had bought earlier in the day. Despite video evidence, Jiansheng chooses not to believe her. 

Jianwei is thrilled when Joeann accepts his proposal. Esther objects to the marriage when Xiaofen voices her suspicions. 

Xiaofen is scolded by Jiansheng when she confronts Yixin. Jianwei falls out with Esther.

小芬告知健生毅芯变成JoeAnn的事，健生完全不以为意，认定只是巧合！小芬怀疑毅芯与Joe Ann是同一个人，于是，找白菜出来，商量要如何揭穿毅芯的真面目。两人决定轮流跟踪毅芯，并用录像机拍下毅芯的行踪，作为证据。

毅凡因为遗失了手机，认识同校的大学生Gina。Gina白天上课，晚上在PUB里做兼职，以补贴学费。Gina作风前卫，加上神秘的背景，令毅凡对她留下深刻影响…

当晚，在Gina的刺激的之下，滴酒不沾的毅凡，硬着头皮，喝了几杯。毅芯见毅凡深夜还没回家，打手机找他时，才知道毅凡喝得大醉！毅芯对毅凡大表失望，责备了他，并给毅凡压力，要他全神贯注读书，将来当个律师，负起照顾母亲的责任，毅凡被毅芯压得透不过气来。

健伟来找健生，告知健生今晚会带JoeAnn来他店里吃饭，要健生也约毅芯出来，好让她们两个见面，健生敷衍答应。健伟透露打算向JoeAnn求婚一事，并兴致勃勃要健生也向毅芯求婚，两人可以一块举行婚礼，健生苦笑说现在还不是时候。

当晚，Joe Ann与健伟来到店里用餐，小芬看见JoeAnn时大表震惊，Joe Ann身上穿着的正是方才她跟踪毅芯到店里所购买的上衣，小芬忙告知健生，并开了录像机给健生看，健生仍是不相信眼前的现实，令小芬大感泄气。

健伟求婚成功，向健生报喜，问起毅芯怎么没来，健生不自在的掩饰说毅芯出差了。小芬很肯定的告知ESTHER，毅芯与JoeAnn就是同一个人，ESTHER大表惊讶，当健伟告知就要跟Joe Ann结婚时，ESTHER即刻反对，奈何健伟却一意孤行！

小芬突然出现在毅芯面前，指出她与JoeAnn乃是同一个人的事实，毅芯一脸的无辜，完全不知道小芬在说什么。健生指责小芬去找毅芯的麻烦，小芬没好气，巴不得骂醒健生！

ESTHER约JoeAnn出来，道出已知道她与毅芯是同一个人，追究JoeAnn有何目的。JoeAnn装蒜，ESTHER拿她没办法，警告她不准伤害健伟与健生！JoeAnn临时悔婚，并告知健伟是因为ESTHER百般阻止，令健伟更加痛恨母亲！健伟与ESTHER的母子关系进一步恶裂…  (Source: Mediacorp Website)

EPISODE 13

Yixin seeks psychiatric help and learns she is schizophrenic. She locks herself in her room. Jiansheng witnesses Joeann’s transformation into Yixin and wonders if he should opt out of the relationship and let Jianwei be with Joeann. 

Jianwei finds Joeann at a pub and convinces her of his love. She puts on her ring again. Jiansheng is miserable. 

Esther tells Jianwei the truth about Joeann. Meanwhile, Joeann continues to dream about her future with Jianwei. When he tests her, she flares up and chases him out of the house. 

Joeann confronts Jiansheng at the shop and asks him why he is trying to break her and Jianwei up. Upset, she also begins to flirt with other men. 

Yifan fails two subjects. Depressed, he turns down a date with Gina. After being scolded by Yixin, he looks Gina up and ends up injuring her brother, Hua. 

Jiansheng tells Jianwei he has decided to withdraw from the triangular relationship. 

毅芯去看心理医生，得悉自己原来是患上了人格分裂症，大感晴天霹雳，并把自己反锁在房里，毅凡担心姐姐想不开，马上打电话叫健生过来，健生眼睁睁的看着毅芯人格分裂发作，从JoeAnn变成毅芯，毅芯伤心的哭倒在健生怀里，求健生别离开她。健生知道健伟也深爱着JoeAnn，心里非常痛苦，正犹豫应不应该退出，成全健伟。

健伟找不到JoeAnn大感失落，却意外的在PUB里遇见JoeAnn，在健伟深情款款的攻势下，健伟重新帮JoeAnn套上戒指，两人双双来到食乐轩，告知健生打算旅行结婚，健生看着Joe Ann与健伟的亲热状，心里十分的难受。

ESTHER知道后，大为着急，设法阻止健伟跟JoeAnn结婚，并爆出JoeAnn有人格分裂症，健伟不相信，去找健生对质。健生证实了JoeAnn的病，健伟无法接受，十万分的痛苦！健伟去找JoeAnn，JoeAnn表现得如往常般，还憧憬着与健伟的未来，健伟故意试探JoeAnn的家庭背景，道出JoeAnn就是毅芯之事。JoeAnn认定健伟是不想跟她结婚才这么说，气在头上，把健伟赶走！

Joe Ann到食乐轩责问健生为何编造借口拆散他们，小芬开口说亲眼看见JoeAnn变成毅芯的经过…JoeAnn难以接受，歇斯底里的离去。健生担心JoeAnn出意外，打电话通知健伟，健伟找到JoeAnn时，JoeAnn正放纵自己与别的男人调情，健伟强硬把JoeAnn拉走。JoeAnn痛哭，道出心中的恐惧，两人相拥！

毅凡考试成绩放榜，有两科不及格，心情非常低落，Gina见状，约毅凡去PUB放松身心，却遭毅凡冷绝。毅凡一回到家，就因为考不及格，被毅芯大骂一顿，两人吵了起来，毅凡备感压力，一怒之下，离家出走。毅芯找不到毅凡，大表担心，找了健生帮忙把找弟弟。毅凡到PUB里，向Gina诉苦，恰好这时阿华来到，向Gina要钱，Gina不给，两人言语起冲突，毅凡见状，替Gina打抱不平，反被阿华打伤！毅凡劝Gina别跟阿华这种扯上关系，Gina才道出两人是兄妹关系。

健生与毅芯来到PUB里，看见毅凡就在PUB里喝得大醉，还受了伤，两人合力把毅凡抬回家，健生安顿好了毅凡就离去，毅芯质问健生为什么对她这么冷淡，健生叫毅芯别胡思乱想，就匆匆离去。健生约健伟出来，经过一番痛苦挣扎，道出自己已决定退出成全健伟…   (Source: Mediacorp Website)

EPISODE 14

Esther relents when Jianwei moves out. Confident of curing Joeann himself, he is devastated when she chose treatment over marriage. 

Jianwei sends Joeann to the airport and sees her coming out of the toilet as Yixin. 

Hoping to help him relax, Xiaofen takes Jiansheng bungee jumping. She is saddened when her pen breaks into two. 

Yixin asks Jianwei to take her to Joeann’s house. She suspects Jiansheng is bothered by her illness. Yixin is upset that Jiansheng has decided to give her up for Jianwei’s sake. 

Joeann returns from her so-called trip with gifts bearing Singapore price tags. She is scared when Jianwei tells her she has imagined everything. 

Yixin attempts suicide. Jiansheng arrives in time to save her. Succumbing to her pleas, he promises to be with her. 

健伟为了Joe Ann搬出家里，ESTHER见健伟一意孤行，态度也明显的妥协了，但还是再三提醒健伟要想清楚，JOEANN不是一般的女孩子，她是有病的！健伟很有把握可以医好她！

Joe Ann临时改变主意不跟健伟旅行结婚，并道出希望自己的病情痊愈后，成为一个完整的人，才嫁给健伟，健伟无奈的接受。JoeAnn到欧洲出差，健伟送JoeAnn去机场时，暗地里跟踪JoeAnn，惊见JoeAnn一从厕所出来后，就变成了毅芯，已完全不记得方才的事，健伟心里十分的痛苦！

健生虽然口头上已决定把毅芯让给健伟，心里其实还十分的矛盾。健生来到毅芯家，看着毅芯去上班，原本想唤住她，却没有勇气，当健生一回头时，却见到健伟。健伟道出心中的隐忧，很害怕JoeAnn变成毅芯，更害怕失去JoeAnn，两兄弟的心里都十分的感慨。看着弟弟这么痛苦，健生不得压抑内心的感情。

小芬见健生心情不好，带他去玩绑紧跳，好好的松懈心情。小芬却不小心遗失了钢笔，紧张的叫健生帮忙找，结果找到钢笔时，已断了两截，尽管健生冷言相向，小芬还是舍不得丢掉，很宝贝的把它黏好！

毅芯要健伟带她去JoeAnn家，毅芯对JoeAnn的家里毫无印象，健伟好奇问毅芯怎么会突然找他，毅芯道出最近健生对她十分冷淡，毅芯怀疑健生嫌弃她的病，健伟这才告诉毅芯，健生是为了成全他跟JOE ANN才决定退出，毅芯听了，心里很难受，去找健生质问，健生却不发一言，已用行动来表明自己的决心，毅芯伤心欲绝，痛苦的离去。

Joe Ann提前回新加坡，健伟去接机，JoeAnn从欧洲带了一些手信回来，货品却还贴着新加坡的价格标签，健伟识破，告诉JoeAnn这一切都是她幻想出来的，她根本就不是空姐，也没到过欧洲，JoeAnn越听越害怕，要健伟时时刻刻陪着她，免得她变成毅芯。

毅芯因为健生已决心要跟她分手，伤心过度割腕自杀，所幸健生及时赶到，才没有酿成悲剧！毅芯求健生别离开她，健生感左右为难，在情与义之间，几翻苦苦挣扎，最后还是义无反顾的选择了毅芯…  (Source: Mediacorp Website)

EPISODE 15

Jianwei accuses Jiansheng of lying to him. 

Esther decides to send Jianwei back to the States. Meanwhile, he is hoping to drag Yixin away from her home. A scuffle with Jiansheng leaves Jianwei in a coma. He loses his memory. 

Yixin takes out drawings of her father’s murder and newspaper clippings from the past. She tells Yifan she feels triumphant that Jiansheng has injured his own brother. Yifan tries to persuade her to halt her revenge plan. 

Jiansheng tearfully tells Jianwei how much he has missed his family over the years. However, when Esther turns up, he leaves in a hurry. 

Xiaofen unwittingly tells Yixin about Esther’s investment in the restaurant. 

Esther asks Xiaofen to get Yixin to pose as Joeann, hoping it will jostle Jiansheng’s memory. 

健伟来找毅芯时，见到健生也来到，气冲冲的痛斥健生欺骗了他，健伟因此跟健生闹翻！健伟回到办公室，无心工作，被ESTHER责骂一顿，ESTHER已决定把健伟调回美国，健伟越想越不甘心，决定去毅芯家把人抢回来！健伟一见到毅芯，就发疯似的硬要把她带走，健生为了毅芯，逼不得已跟健伟大打出手，还不慎害健伟撞向墙壁，昏迷不醒。当健伟在医院苏醒时，却已经失去记忆力，健生为此内疚不已。

毅芯一如往常从抽屉里取出文件夹，原来画纸画的正是毅芯小时候看着父亲被人刺死的悲惨一幕。文件夹里头还收藏着毅芯父亲被谋害的复印新闻稿。时毅凡进来，毅芯很满意的告诉毅凡，亲眼看着健生把自己的亲弟弟打到进医院。毅凡担心东窗事发，毅芯会受到伤害，劝毅芯收手，毅芯早已泥足深陷，听不进耳。

健生向健伟哭诉忏悔，并道出多年来对家人的思念，被ESTHER听到，ESTHER流着泪一步步的走向健生，健生看见母亲，却又马上收起悲伤的情绪，不多理会ESTHER就掉头离去。

毅芯来找健生，健生不在，小芬好奇的向毅芯探听健伟受伤的经过，小芬知道他们是为了毅芯而伤了兄弟情，替ESTHER感到难过，小芬无意中透露ESTHER有份投资食乐轩之事，说毕才知道自己说漏了口，要毅芯帮忙保密，毅芯答应。

ESTEHR为了可以让健伟早日恢复记忆力，听从小芬的建议，叫毅芯扮JoeAnn，希望可以唤醒健伟的记忆。小芬与健生去见毅芯，毅芯见健生都默许了，只好勉为其难答应扮JOEANN。毅芯陪ESTHER去见健伟，毅芯企图博取ESTHER好感，道出愿意当健生与她之间的调解人，让两母子可以早日和解。ESTHER开始对毅芯改观！

毅芯见众人被她耍得团团转，乐得要命！毅凡担心毅芯再这样下去，迟早会发疯！毅芯仍是一意孤行，一定要健生付出代价，否则绝不罢休！

Gina急需一笔钱救命，向毅凡求助，毅凡只好苦苦哀求毅芯，毅芯终答应，并陪毅凡一同前往，才知道原来是Gina的哥哥阿华欠大耳窿钱，毅芯看着阿华一幅无赖的样子，心里已在暗打算盘，对毅凡说这个人可以好好的利用！毅凡看着毅芯深沉的反应，担心不已。

毅芯无意中向健生透露ESTHER有份投资食乐轩之事，健生听了，马上怒气冲冲回去责问小芬，小芬见健生已知道了，不得不承认，健生把小芬臭骂一顿后，丢下一句，我不干了，就掉头离去！令小芬大感委屈！   (Source: Mediacorp Website)

 Jiansheng moves out of Xiaofen’s house and in with Daxiong. Yixin insists she did not realise her revelation would have such repercussions. She promises to talk Jiansheng around. 

Bai Cai has a girlfriend. He visits Xiaofen and is angered that Jiansheng has left. After a dressing-down, Jiansheng apologizes to Xiaofen but still refuses to return to the eatery. He even suggests she get somebody else to take over the business. 

When the number of customers dwindles, Jiansheng returns to manage the shop. He gives Xiaofen a cheque to repay Esther and claims the money is from Daxiong. 

Already worried about Jianwei, Esther gets more upset when presented with the cheque. 

Yixin reveals Jiansheng has borrowed money from loansharks. Miserable, Esther is involved in an accident and requires surgery. 

Jiansheng donates blood to save his mother. Xiaofen is remorseful she has wronged him. 

Joeann looks Jiansheng up when she cannot find Jianwei. At the hospital she is stunned the latter cannot remember her. 

Jiansheng drags Joeann to Yixin’s home and forces her to face reality. She pretends to become Yixin. 

Jianwei has slight recollections of Joeann. Jiansheng gets Yixin to visit him, dressed up as Joeann. She takes the opportunity to sow discord between the brothers. 

Xiaofen takes Esther home after her discharge. Along the way, Esther is kidnapped. A concerned Jiansheng berates himself for being inconsiderate in the past. 

Yixin has asked Hua to kidnap Esther and, in spite of Yifan’s efforts, refuses to release her. 

Jiansheng is devastated when Esther is found dead. 

Jiansheng regrets not acknowledging his mother before her death. Back home, Yixin sees Yifan burning himself again but refuses to abandon her revenge plan. Jianwei regains his memory and is stunned to hear the news of his mother’s death. He blames Jiansheng for not letting him see her one last time. Joeann turns up and sows discord yet again. 

Xiaofen hands Esther’s cheque to Jiansheng, who is shattered to realise she had been worried about him till the end. She had even changed her will, giving him half her fortune. 

Jianwei is unhappy about his inheritance. When Joeann asserts it was Jiansheng who had caused Esther’s accident, the brothers get into a fight. Joeann goes to Jiansheng’s rescue. 

After reading up on schizophrenia, Xiaofen discovers discrepancies n Yixin’s reactions and suspects she is just pretending to be schizophrenic. She kidnaps Yixin’s mother, hoping to find out the truth. 

Xiaofen proves Yixin is faking schizophrenia, but has no idea what her motive is. 

Jianwei arranges to return to the US with Joeann. She sneaks out while he is taking a bath and looks Jiansheng up. Begging him to marry her, she suggests they hide from Jianwei till their wedding is over. 

Jiansheng tells Xiaofen he wants to marry Yixin. Knowing he will not believe her, Xiaofen refrains from telling him what she has found out. 

Jianwei finds Yixin with Jiansheng. A scuffle leaves Jiansheng with a stab wound. 

While paying respects at her grandfather’s grave, Xiaofen sees Yixin at the cemetery. She finds the picture on the gravestone familiar but cannot place it. 

Jianwei decides to give Joeann up and return to the US alone. Yixin is furious her plan has fallen through. 

Xiaofen finally remembers that the man pictured is JIansheng’s murder victim. Before she can tell Jiansheng, she falls to her death. 

Back at the restaurant, a shattered Jiansheng listens to the phone message Xiaofen has left him before her death and learns about Yixin’s revenge plan. Newspaper clippings he finds in Yixin’s drawer prove Xiaofen’s allegations. 

Yixin discovers someone has gone through her clippings and realizes why Jiansheng has been cold towards her. 

Jianwei turns up at the restaurant to bid Jiansheng goodbye. He meets Joeann instead, and she confesses the truth. After leaving the restaurant, Jianwei is killed in an accident. 

Yifan is arrested and sentenced to death for the murders. He urges Jiansheng to take care of Yixin, who has really fallen in love with him. 

Six years pass. One day, a young girl turns up at the restaurant and claims Zhou Jiansheng is her father.

健生与毅芯一起悼念小芬，毅芯暗中试探健生，见他还不知道复仇之事，稍松口气。健生一回到店里，不禁睹物思人，思念小芬，健生还沉浸在悲伤中，无意中听到小芬临死前留给他的电话留言，道出毅芯根本就没有人格分裂，健生当年杀死的人正是毅芯的父亲，健生听了大为震惊！

健生不露声色的去毅芯家吃饭，把毅芯支开后，闯进毅芯的房里，发现毅芯还收着她父亲当年出事的新闻。健生呆住了，时听到有人回来，匆匆忙忙把东西收了就出去，恰好被毅凡看见，毅凡也不以为意。健生匆匆离开毅芯家，情绪起伏，想起与毅芯从邂逅、相识到相爱，仿佛都是毅芯又预谋的接近他，心里更痛！

毅芯正犹豫着要不要放弃报复时，赫然发现有人动过她的文件夹，毅凡想起看见健生从她房里出来，毅芯恍然健生已知道了，怪不得对她这么冷淡！毅芯一身JOE ANN的装扮来到食乐轩，恰好健伟来向健生道别，毅芯道出自己的真实身份，所做的一切都是为了要向健生报复，健伟闻言非常激动，气冲冲的离去，健生按捺着心痛问毅芯到底有没有真的爱过他，外头却传来巨响，健生忙跑出去，健伟出了车祸，当场丧命！

毅芯带着复杂的思绪回家，却见到毅凡被警察押上车，才赫然得悉原来这一连串的谋杀案都是毅凡为了保护她，而干下的！先是阿华、ESTHER，到后来的小芬全都死在他手里！毅芯震惊不已，痛哭是自己毁了他的一生。

毅芯求健生指控她的人格分裂是假的，是她害死了所有人，不关毅凡的事！健生已对毅芯心灰意冷，爆发式的怒骂毅芯！毅芯悲痛欲绝道出自己已一无所有，健生冷冷的应了一句，你是我唯一心爱的女人，连你都这么对我，我才是一无所有，就掉头而去！   (Source: Mediacorp Website)
