the membership. All incompleted forms recieved shall be deem void.
Membership is now open to both local and overseas fans. All 2008
Membership will expire on 31 December 2008
regardless of the date joined. |

FEES |
| Local
Membership (Applicable for Singapore and West Malaysia Address ONLY) |
The
Annual Membership Fee is SG$20 with
a compulsory purchase of the FFC Member's T-Shirt at SG$18
for new members. |
| Overseas
Membership (Applicable for all Overseas Address) |
The
Annual Membership Fee is SG$25 with
an optional purchase of the FFC Member's T-Shirt at SG$18.
Note: ALL Bank and delivery charges are to be borne by the Overseas
Members. |

| TERMS
& CONDITIONS |
| General |
All
members of Fannatic Fann Club must abide the following Rules And
Regulations. Any violations of these and other published and/or
amended rules of Fannatic Fann Club will result in termination
of Membership, at Fannatic Fann Club's sole discretion.
By agreeing to Fannatic Fann Club Terms And Conditions, you agree
to the following:
Fannatic Fann Club members agree to provide true and accurate
information about him/herself in either Local, or Overseas Membership
form. |

| Membership
Fees: |
1)
New Members registering for Fannatic Fann Club has to pay SG$20
(Local) SG$25 (Overseas) membership
fee annually.
2) The Fannatic Fann Club T-Shirt is compulsory to all residing
in Singapore.
3) Foreign members will pay additional postage charge of SG$10
if they are interested in purchasing the T-Shirt.
4) Cost of T-Shirt is not included in the membership fees.
5) Local Members are required to make full payment for the Club
T-Shirt upon collection.
6) 1st, 2nd and 3rd time replacement of lost/damaged membership
card will cost SG$5, SG$10 and SG$15 respectively. |

| There
shall be no refund if:- |
| 1)
Membership is terminated by members themselves;
2) Membership is terminated when members fail to comply with satisfactory
conduct codes. |

| Privacy
Statement |
1)
It is Fannatic Fann Club's policy to respect the privacy of its
members.
2) There will be no disclosure of any member's registration details
and personal data, unless required to so by law or in the good
faith belief that such action is necessary.
3) Member acknowledges and agrees that Fannatic Fann Club neither
endorses the contents of any member's communication nor assumes
responsibility. |

| Membership
Card |
The
membership card is non-transferable. You are entirely responsible
for all activities, which are applied using your membership card. |
| |
| Termination
Of Membership |
Fannatic
Fann Club may, at its sole discretion terminate membership should
member's conduct fail to be satisfactory. Member can terminate
their Fannatic Fann Club membership at anytime, by sending a letter
of notification in writing to Personnel Management Department,
stating the membership card number and reason, if any. Alternatively,
an email could be sent to membership@fannaticfannclub.com,
stating the membership card number and the reason for termination,
if any. Upon termination of membership, member's rights to privileges
ceases.
Applications will be verified
through email / mail.
Fannatic Fann Club reserves the right to reject any applications
and to change the above terms and conditions, at our sole discretion. |

| Description
of Service: |
Fannatic
Fann Club Member enjoys the privilege of attending Fannatic Fann
Club organised activities, provided they fulfil the terms and
conditions specified in each activity. Members are also given
special access to Fannatic Fann Club Forum and Gallery for exclusive
downloads, etc. |

| Disclaimer: |
Fannatic
Fann Club will not be held liable (in any way) for any accidents
/ deaths / injuries / property loss or damages involving any of
our participants. Fannatic Fann Club reserves the rights to refuse
participation to anyone for any unrevealed reasons. |

| Indemnification: |
Member
agrees to indemnify and hold Fannatic Fann Club and its officers,
harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys'
fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member's
use of the Service, the violation of this Terms & Conditions
by Member, or the infringement by Member of any intellectual property
or other right of any person or entity. |

| Participation
in Promotions of Advertisers: |
Member
may enter into correspondence with or participate in promotions
of the Advertisers showing their products on the Service. Any
such correspondence or promotions, including
the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any
other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated
with such correspondence or promotions, are solely between the
corresponding Member and the Advertiser.
Fannatic Fann Club assumes no liability, obligation or responsibility
for any part of any such correspondence or promotion.
